Our Founder

George is a mechanical engineer by training. He started his career at Airbus, where he was named Graduate of the Year 2024 for streamlining how teams worked across UK and European sites.

He then moved into AI and technology at one of Europe's largest tech consultancies, helping blue-chip organisations build AI into their day-to-day processes.

At the same time, he was renovating a house and working with tradespeople every day. The gap was obvious. AI was not being used as powerfully as it could be. Using ChatGPT to write the odd invoice on a Sunday night saves a few minutes. AI that actually understands your business and runs your admin processes for you puts money on the bottom line.

He started by consulting for a leading UK tiling contractor whose work includes major UK projects such as Heathrow Airport and Battersea Power Station. That work became Minus.

Today, George helps small construction firms hand off the admin, so they can get their staff back on site where they can create the most value.
